Our goal is to provide the cheapest shipping possible as we want to make sure our dealers profits are not eroded by overinflated shipping charges. We work with some of the best carriers in the business to provide you the lowest costs. A the same time we recognize that our dealers may be able to arrange their own shipping for cheaper which is fine by us. We will also allow dealer pickups on some orders for a $49 handling fee but you must first contact us for approval and to verify which warehouse you can pickup from. We can ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico but please contact us for the shipping cost. Please call if you have questions regarding shipping procedure.
The item will be delivered in a crate and is safely packed. Your shipment is automatically insured. We visually inspect every item that leaves our warehouse to ensure it is protected and there is no damage. We do this because damages our unaviodable when shipping freight as to the way it is handled by freight companies. It is up to you to visually inspect it upon arrival and make the freight companies sign for damages that have occured so we can assist you with
DISCLAIMER: We ship FOB from our factory which means we assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our warehouse. We do ship your item(s) insured for our buyers.This means you the customer accepts responsibilities and must file with the shipping company themselves. Therefore, it is critical that you inspect the unit(s) prior to the delivery company leaving to insure no damage occurred during transportation. If damages due occur please notify the freight company upon delivery and note damages before signing the release forms. If the delivery company leaves before you inspect, you may be denied the claim by the freight company. It is the buyers complete responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company. The claim is between you and the freight company. These cases are rare however we want to provide you with the info needed to resolve your claim with the shipper.
